Hello ! I have EGR problem, 2007,90ps ,dci, can someone give me a circuit diagram for EGR-ECU, how can i test for a wire break? Fault code : P0409 and P0488. I removed the EGR valve ,and for 12v it is working fine the valve. (pinout 1-5 ) The electrical resistance pinout : 6-2 4,9Kohm. 6-4 1,35Kohm.
#2 · Jan 5, 2012 Have'nt got the EGR removed yet. MAF came today so ten minutes should stick it in tonight. My only concern now is a little knocking noise low down in the revs in 1st & gear 2nd. The hesitation/missing seems to be in any gear from approx1600rpm to about 2200rpm. 2.0/1.9dci EGR valve problems; These valves can get clogged up with soot over time, stopping them from functioning properly.
