Five Feet Apart is the yearly teen romance film that has been done a dozen times before, and will be done a dozen times more. I do think that it is better than the past few teen romances that I've watched, but at the end of the day the best one of these films can be (outside of The Spectacular Now) seems to be average quality.
The 5-feet rule that the two develop in the movie is the loversā small act of rebellion. They steal back 1 foot as a way of asserting mastery over their disease. For all audiences, the situation presented in āFive Feet Apartā is frustrating and poignant ā two beautiful teenagers, and they canāt touch each other.

Generally, people spend limitless time on TV shows and films, but rarely do people watch remarkable movies that engrave a special mark inside their hearts.
